How I Enhanced My Health and Well-Being: Tips from a Gastric Bypass post op 12 years

Updated: Mar 6

When I, as someone who has undergone weight loss surgery, take dietary supplements (and for those of you who are stressed in any form with anxiety, the feeling of not being good enough, anxiety, depression, have developed greater inflammation, have digestive problems, or aren't sleeping well), it's best to place the supplements under the tongue.

This provides immediate access for the supplements to enter the cells. Let it stay in the mouth for a few minutes before swallowing. Stress creates significant difficulties in absorbing nutrients, and in such cases, you can help in the ways mentioned above. Better results, faster.

I also think about what toxins I'm putting into my body in other ways. Here are some very simple, quick changes I've made:

🎯 Stopped drinking tap water and unfiltered bottled water in coffee, water, smoothies, and cooking. I have a filtering bottle with me everywhere and a filtering jug at home. It's an extremely cost-effective and straightforward health-promoting solution.

🎯 Switched to coffee that doesn't acidify the body and stress me, or cause acid reflux and stomach cramps. The coffee even tastes better with filtered water. My coffee boosts the immune system instead of being toxic in every cup through Ganoderma with the highest bioavailability, which is in my coffee.

🎯 Rinse fruits and vegetables with baking soda (buy baking soda in bulk).

🎯 Wash clothes with soapnuts, and yes, it works if you have more than what is recommended.

🎯 Stopped using toothpaste that contains fluoride and SLS.

🎯 Been without sugar, sweeteners, and gluten for nearly 13 years and it work if you work it!

🎯 Use solid soap containing Ganoderma and other ingredients from Mother Earth instead of cheap, toxic shower cream. It even works on hair!

🎯 Base my smoothie on green tea with Ganoderma with the highest bioavailability.

🎯 Breathing exercises every day.

🎯 Pure dietary supplements in liquid or powder form only. I don't swallow capsules because I often don't know what kind of cellulose the capsule contains. It's harmful to the stomach and intestines. NEVER take supplements without something to eat, like an avocado, smoothie, or egg.

🎯 Add C8 MCT oil to coffee and tea every day!

🎯 I did an intensive Stress protocol on the recommendation of Dr. Bob Rakowski. Never stopped using it since and I got my iron levels in order after the protocol and stopped all infusions that hurt my biochemical system. You can see the story in short form below in the video. You can find the protocol here in capsules and the drops.

Dr. Bob's Reset drops contain Melatonin and Dr. Bob´s STress Release drops contain GABA, both together with L-theanine and bioavailable B12 in three forms.

If you find the above unnecessary, nerdy, or uncomfortable, it may be time for an update on what practical self-love is.

Quality of life for me is taking care of myself so I can be full to be there for others and other things.

Discipline is freedom! It creates a better everyday life and energy. I never learned that from a perspective of self-love. Discipline used to be like a punishment! Not anymore. I've shifted the energies.

Calmness is crucial for what I can achieve. My sleep is deep and better after not having slept one whole night in 10 years. Sometimes, I'm up longer due to time zones at work, but then I also sleep longer in the morning.

Health is different for everyone, but one thing we all have in common that poses a risk to our health is stress. It is the root of most issues and the leading cause of death in the world. This can be understood when you understand what stress is, apart from running like a maniac in life.

What does health mean to you? ♥️🙏
